the name of company in case of limited companies or in the name of individuals in case of proprietary firms.iv self-attested financial worth and audited financial statements for the last three 3 years.v self-attested copies of purchase orders/contracts for the same or similar tendered item/s.vi self-certified iso certificate, if any.vendor assessment report has to be submitted by the bidders
